Today our support girls were out and about across Rhondda Cynon Taf. We are in Cynon and Bridgend tomorrow, doing what we do best showing up, listening, and walking alongside families who need a bit of extra support. 
Community support isn’t always about appointments or offices. Sometimes it’s about meeting someone where they are, having a chat, easing worries, and reminding them they’re not alone.
