ANNOUNCEMENT – WE ARE COMING TO BRIDGEND!

Having a baby can be a major life change and can bring about a range of emotions. Meeting with other new mothers who are going through similar experiences can provide a sense of emotional support and understanding. New mothers can learn from each other’s experiences and knowledge. They can exchange information about parenting techniques, breastfeeding, sleep schedules and other topics related to caring for a newborn.

Being a new mother can be isolating, especially if you’re spending most of your time at home with a baby. Meeting with other new mothers can provide an opportunity for socialising and making new friends who are going through similar life changes. It can be reassuring to hear that others are going through similar struggles or to learn that your experiences are normal.
