Thanks to the Mab Gwalia fund, Mothers Matter are able to bring back our free baby groups. A lot of Mums we meet at these groups experience loneliness, isolation, sadness and depression. Without the service, we believe a lot of mums within our communities would really struggle. Our meetings are about bringing together mums in small communities to share their situation in a safe and welcoming space.

Currently there is an 18 month waiting list in perinatal mental health services. At Mothers Matter, there is no waiting list – so people can come through our door and greeted straight away, and begin accessing the support they need.
